Are you looking to make your next hire? I’d love to help you with this! Typically people come to me for two reasons:
- They don’t have the time to make the hire on their own.
- They don’t have the know-how (or they’re not great at it) and they want assistance.
The process is pretty simple and not a ton of time is needed on your part. I will get the listing together, post it, collect resumes, do phone interviews, Zoom interviews, and schedule your meetings with them. I document every stage of the process and record Zoom interviews so you can stay as involved (or not) as you’d like! Then together we make the selection that appears to be best for your office.
Increase Interview Skills
If you need 1:1 time to go through the whole interview process, I can help you with that! I can do this one of two ways.
- Set up an interview and when you Zoom call me, I am “interview Wendy.”
- We chat on the phone while going through interview questions one by one.
Whichever you prefer, we can work with that!
