The process is pretty simple and not a ton of time needed on your part. I will get the listing together, post it, collect resumes, do phone interviews, Zoom interviews, and schedule time in your schedule for you to meet them. Along the way, there is documentation of where my process is at and the Zoom interviews are recorded, so you can stay as involved (or not) as you’d like! Then together we make the selection that appears to be best for your office.
